IBE’s Server Management service provides proactive and preventative monitoring and management of a customer’s server environment. IBE offers Server Virtualization services that eliminate redundancies by creating a virtual version of a server using software rather than hardware. This process allows multiple operating systems to run simultaneously on a single machine.

The Backup for Endpoints service provides data backup of the client’s endpoints (workstations, laptops, and mobile devices).
Backup for Servers is an IBE service, designed to protect and recover servers within a customer’s environment. Due to the varying landscape of infrastructures, operating systems, protection needs and retention requirements, Backup for Servers encompasses several industry-leading vendors and solutions:

Microsoft 365 (M365) subscriptions do not provide backup or restoration of customer data if it is accidentally, or maliciously, modified or deleted. IBE M365 Managed Backup fills this void by providing a cloud-based backup solution for customers using:
- Email,
- Calendar,
- OneDrive,
- Teams,
- and other M365 services.
This fully managed service provides M365 backup retention, monitoring, failure remediation, and reporting, as well as assisted and self-service recovery options.
